Doug is very professional and honest. His super friendly attitude and dedication to his work speaks volumes. My tile turned out great and it was done on time for a great price. Doug is Awesome! We have contracted with Doug for many issues in our home for three years. He's the guy you can depend on to not only show up when he says he will, but to also do exactly what you agreed on, at exactly the cost you agreed to. We just finished building a 6000 square foot home in Bay Hill this year and Doug's work ethic and professionalism far exceeds most of the thirty or so trades we contracted with in the building process. His actual finished product is hard to compare. When doug comes to fix that thing you have no idea how to fix, he fixes it AND it looks as if it was never broken to begin with! Once his business card makes it into your rolodex it stays there - he's even in my cell - I never know when I'll need him, but I always know I'll get a great result, a fair price, and no headaches. I don't normally give references in this business because I can't! But with Doug, I haveno reservations and complete faith in his company and personal commitment to excellence in carpentry and home repairs.
